It has been a few months.  I almost forgot my login to my blog.  It has been busy and tiring, but work has been gratifying and satisfying.  I have a great team of people working together with me now.  Boss is supporting, patient and willing to get involved in the work.  It’s a wonderful end to the year.

Just got a slight breather to post a belated Merry Christmas, and best wishes to you in the coming New Year!
